that has helped to shape our real estate team and culture, to which we are eternally grateful.

Our charities.
Five percent of all of the money earned from real estate transactions will
be donated to local non-profit organizations.
Kentucky Humane Society
The Kentucky Humane Society (KHS), located in Louisville, KY, is a private, nonprofit organization that is Kentucky's largest pet adoption agency. KHS is also the state's oldest animal welfare organization, founded in 1884.
Habitat for Humnaity
of Metro Louisville
Since 1985, Habitat Louisville has been bringing our community together to build stable homes, strong relationships and healthy neighborhoods. Our homeownership program empowers low-income families to invest in themselves and invest in their communities. By providing a hand up, not a hand out, our homebuyers can build a path towards financial stability and a brighter future.
How you can help.
By working with the Key Source team, you are directly supporting two of our community’s most amazing charities. Our gifts will be split evenly between the Kentucky Humane Society and Habitat for Humanity.
